What will we cover....

IFS

Internal Family Systems (IFS) is a powerful and deeply effective Psycho-therapeutic and Psycho-spiritual approach for gaining clarity and insight into our inner world and the ways in which it defines our external experience of life.

We are privileged to host two of the world’s primary presenters of this approach: Einat Bronstein & Osnat Arbel.

IFS helps to identify long held emotional beliefs and patterns and find ways to heal past emotional experiences and develop emotional resilience. Through a beautiful experiential journey to your inner system, this practice allows you to explore emotional ‘reparenting’, heal early Attachment wounds and cultivate Self-Leadership so that we may live life with greater peace, compassion and curiosity and break free from any painful or limiting beliefs and experiences that have come to define us.

Mindfulness

The practice of mindful self-compassion (and mindful other-oriented compassion) will be included in the retreat. Once you develop trust that your fellow participants will join with compassion and understanding (and that you will treat yourself the same), it allows us to be more authentic, open, and willing to appropriately challenge ourselves and others. Participants will practice the healing process of fully accepting ourselves as we currently are (including burnout and compassion fatigue) before working on changing ourselves.

Relax and Rejuvenate

Throughout the retreat, we will work toward honest insight to explore your professional job as well as personal life to get in touch with what fills you with energy and what drains your energy. We will explore those things that you have control of as well as the things outside your control. We will explore our in-the-moment experiences of burnout and compassion fatigue contrasted with feelings of being energized and connecting with compassion.

We will also invest some time in exploring how you want to take your learnt skills with you to energize you for the future

Yoga and Mind-body Work

Yoga session (for women) (based on the modality of Yoga for Women's Health) - Giving you time and space to listen to your inner voice, connect to your body, discover what it/you need.

We will focus on the following key concepts:

Connecting to the source of our feminine energy, creativity, authentic self.
Yoga practice that focuses on improving support, stability, grounding us to the source.
Working with deep breath, nervous system regulation, connecting to pelvis (including diaphragm breath work)
Sensorimotor work

Einat Bronstein & Osnat Arbel

Einat Avni Bronstein, MSW, LCSW, learned her Masters in Clinical Social Work at Washington University in St. Louis. She is a Lead Trainer from the Center for Self Leadership. Einat is an experienced psychotherapist with over 25 years of practice in individual, couples’, family, and group therapy, in addition to having a vast experience creating, conducting and facilitating workshops, seminars, courses and lectures.

Osnat (Ossi) Arbel, Ph.D., MBA, LMFT is an AAMFT Clinical Fellow and
Approved Supervisor. She is also a Certified Marriage and Family Therapist, and a
Certified Supervisor at the Israeli Association for Marital and Family Therapy. Ossi
is a Certified IFS Therapist and a Lead Trainer from the Center for Self
Leadership. She completed her Ph.D. in Counselor Education and Supervision from the University of Northern
Colorado.
